Stovall Earns All-GLVC Honors, Breckenridge Named Sportsmanship Honoree
Reese Stovall was named to the All-GLVC Second Team and sophomore Madalyn Breckenridge received the Great Lakes Valley Conference James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award for the Bulldogs.
Stovall's career included a highlight-reel moment in the fall when she won the Columbia Cougar tournament outright, one of four top-five finishes she posted across her Bulldog career.
Breckenridge, a sophomore, was selected as Truman's James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award honoree for women's golf, one of 13 student-athletes recognized across the GLVC for the sport. The award recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior both in competition and as citizens in the broader campus community. Honorees must also be in good academic standing. Breckenridge is now eligible to be named one of Truman's two overall Spalding Sportsmanship Award winners, which will be announced at a later date.
