Club Plans Three-Day Happiness Workshop

The Truman Art of Living Club will sponsor the Happiness Program, an intensive three-day workshop on yogic breathing and meditation techniques to relieve stress, energize the body and calm the mind. The program will take place three-hours per day Oct. 6-8. A free lecture describing the program, open to the whole community, will take place at 7 p.m. Oct. 4 in McClain Hall 209.
