Bulldogs in the Kitchen Hosts Bread Event

Joshua Nudell, professor of history, will host a talk at 5 p.m. April 27 at the Del and Norma Robison Planetarium. Nudell will discuss the history of making sourdough bread at home, as well examine bread in historical and modern contexts.
