Contacting the IT Service Center

The IT Service Center, located in Pickler Memorial Library 109, is open and available during library hours. Our service center is a one-stop location to serve faculty, staff, and students with a fully staffed Help Desk and Call Center, A/V Media Checkout program Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Telephone Operator assistance, and Classroom Emergency response.  http://its.truman.edu/get-help/

We even have a Customer Web Interface that Truman users have access to report IT issues and requests. With the Customer Web Interface, users can report their issues, track their open cases, and review their closed cases. https://otrs.truman.edu/otrs/customer.pl
