Forest Lake Trail Ribbon Cutting

A Ribbon-cutting Ceremony for the first segment of the Forest Lake Trail will take place at 11 a.m. April 22 in Thousand Hills State Park. The completion of this trail marks the finish of the first phase of the FLATS trail that will connect the City of Kirksville to Thousand Hills State Park.
