Be Aware of Asymptomatic Spread

In their analysis of the Truman case numbers for the week of Oct. 6, the Faculty Senate COVID-19 Working Group, composed of Nancy Daley-Moore, Scott Alberts and Christine Harker, discuss asymptomatic spread. Since students are typically young and healthy, they may not show symptoms but could still spread the virus to friends and family. To limit exposure to and spread of the virus, everyone should continue to wear a mask, wash their hands, avoid crowds and not travel until in-person classes end Nov. 24.
