Recycling at Truman
Truman recycles many items including mixed office paper, plastic bottles and jugs, magazines, newspapers, cardboard, aluminum cans, hardback books, shredded paper, glass and printer cartridges.
For campus residents, there are recycling drop-off bins located throughout all buildings. They are located in major traffic zones and are available at all hours buildings are open.
Students can volunteer at the Recycling Center. Contact Howard Worcester at 660.785.7672 for additional information about the Recycling Center at Truman.
Student Senate will be providing recycling bins to all first-year students living in the residence halls to promote recycling as an integrated daily activity. The students will be able to keep them when they move out of the residence halls.
