Weight Room Orientation
Tru-Strength is a free, one-hour weight room orientation with a trained weight room instructor. Sign up at the weight room desk. Space is limited. For specific dates, times and more information, visit

Body Composition Assessments
Free body composition assessment will be conducted during the times listed below. Tests include measuring body fat percentage, blood, pressure, waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index. Sign up at the weight room desk.
