James Named Public Relations Intern
The Truman Public Relations Office has named Baillie James, a junior communication major and Spanish minor, as intern for the Spring 2011 semester.
Baillie James
James is from Warrensburg, Mo. and graduated from Warrensburg High School in 2008. She is the daughter of Bridget and James James.
As an intern for the Public Relations Office, James will help write, produce and distribute the Truman Today on campus and online. She will also write press releases and fulfill various office tasks.
This semester, James is vice president of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and a member/choreographer for the Franklin Street Singers.
While at Truman, James has also written for the Index, tutored Spanish and worked on the public relations team at the Career Center.
James hopes to pursue a career in public relations and looks forward to the hands-on experience she will gain through this internship.
