Support Available from Media Services

Media Services has a variety of equipment available to support classroom work as well as to support special campus events. The key to getting the most out of your presentation equipment is to call Media Services at x4545 well in advance.  One reason to call Media Services is to arrange for equipment loans. Some of our more popular loan equipment needs to be reserved two to three weeks ahead of time. At the least, Media Services equipment needs to be reserved 72 hours in advance.

We can also help to maximize the utilization of campus facilities. If we are contacted early; we can advise clients concerning reservation procedures for campus facilities and how to best employ audio-visual resources at that location. Media Services staff members are also available to consult with customers regarding presentation equipment and how to make your project, presentation or special event the best it can be.
