Alumna Leads USC School of Law
By keeping an open mind, Franita Tolson (’01) has put together a decorated career as a law professor and dean. Of the many accomplishments in her academic and legal career, most do not appear to have gone as originally planned. However, all have proven to be successful, culminating in her current role as interim dean of the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California and as one of the country’s preeminent election law scholars.
