Nurse Mentor Receives Appreciation Award

Teresa Doss was presented with an appreciation award for 10 years of service by Nola Martz, assistant professor, Pam Melvin, associate professor, and Corie Pryor, clinical coordinator. Doss is an registered nurse at Brookfield R-3 School District and has been a preceptor for Truman nursing students since 2012. She has mentored approximately 80 students during her time as a preceptor, and the nursing students that have had the privilege of working with her have highly recommended her to future students.
