Help Desk Operations

The ITS Help Desk offers many technical resources and assistance. If you are in need of technical support, password resets, or just need assistance in the use of software and or hardware use, the Help Desk is the place know. Hours of operation during the year follows:

7:30 AM - 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday during regular academic calendar

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday during Interim and Seasonal Breaks
