Theatre Department Introduces First Production of the 2011-2012 Season
The Truman theatre department is presenting the first production of the 2011-2012 season, “Melancholy Play,” by Sarah Ruhl, at 8 p.m. Oct. 5-8 in Ophelia Parrish James G. Severns Theatre.
The play is a surreal farce about a young girl named Tilly whose melancholy appears irresistible to others. One day she turns happy and all goes unexpected.
