Student Wellness Survey

Each of us at Truman State University--students, faculty, and staff--has the responsibility to cultivate a culture of wellness on campus. As a community of diverse individuals pursuing unique goals, we intend to do so while actively fostering wellness for ourselves and those around us. Together, we empower one another to live healthy and meaningful lives, growing beyond our personal and collective challenges with resilience, grace, and compassion.

You are being invited to take part in the Truman State University’s Wellness Committee seven-question survey addressing wellness on campus with the hope of promoting and maintaining a better wellness experience for all members of the Truman community. The Committee comprises staff, faculty, and students and the information you provide will be used to best support wellness initiatives on campus

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate and the survey should take approximately five minutes to complete. You will not be compensated for your voluntary participation, but we would appreciate your anonymous participation to best serve all student interests and needs. Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and you are free to skip questions or withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. All data will be kept anonymous and confidential.
