All-Conference Accolades Earned by McCallop, Ott

McCallop was one of 10 players named to the All-GLVC First Team, earning the honor in her first season with the Bulldogs after transferring to Truman. She led the team in scoring, averaging 15.1 points per game in both overall and conference play across 25 appearances. She shot 45.2 percent from the field and 85.4 percent from the free throw line on the season, while also contributing 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.4 steals per game. In 20 conference games, McCallop averaged 15.1 points per game on 44.4 percent shooting, with a free throw percentage of 87.5 percent. Her All-Newcomer selection recognizes the impact she made in her first season in a Bulldog uniform.

McCallop's performance aided in a strong season for the Bulldogs, who finished 17-11 overall and 14-6 in conference play. Truman outscored opponents by an average of 9.8 points per game in GLVC contests, holding conference foes to 61.9 points per game while scoring 71.7 on the other end.

Ott, a 28-game starter who averaged 8.2 points and a team-leading 5.6 rebounds per game on the season, was recognized as the Bulldogs' James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award honoree. The award recognizes student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior, are in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the competition setting.
