Public Comments Being Sought on Highway Projects
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking public comment on its Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for fiscal years 2026-2030.
Public comments are being accepted through June 6. Individuals with an interest in supporting improvements to Highway 63 at the intersections of Shepherd and Illinois are encouraged to submit their comments. The STIP includes a plan to evaluate intersection improvements on Highway 63, a process referred to as scoping, which aims to identify the transportation problem, desired outcomes and boundaries of a possible future project.
The Draft Statewide Plan can be accessed here and the comment form is available here.
