Truman Music Students Honored
The Macro Analysis Creative Research Organization announced Truman students as three out of five Honorarium Award winners for 2007.
Truman students Megan Arns, a senior music major from St. Charles, Mo.; Joshua Baum, a graduate music student from Kansas City, Mo.; and Stephanie Goodwin, a senior music major from Parkville, Mo.; received $1,000 honorariums.
MACRO is a nonprofit organization for all musicians. Funding for the award is provided by the MACRO/Robert Fountain Memorial Fund. It provides financial support to encourage outstanding student musicians who are majoring in music performance and have a strong background in music theory and/or composition.
