McDonald Participates in Conference in England

Jason McDonald, assistant professor, history department, participated in the panel “Transatlantic Intellectuals, Dancers and Poets in the Twentieth Century,” at the annual Transatlantic Studies Association conference at the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom, July 5. McDonald’s presentation, “Visions of Transatlantic Anglo-Saxonism in the Writings of American Eugenicist Harry H. Laughlin,” was based mostly upon research conducted at the Pickler Memorial Library’s Special Collections Department.
