Truman Ranked Among Best Values in America

Truman has been ranked No. 21 on SmartAsset’s list of America’s Best Value Small Colleges and Universities.

SmartAsset, an online resource for financial information and advice, evaluated more than 1,000 U.S. colleges and universities with undergraduate enrollments of fewer than 5,000 students to identify the best values among small schools. Rankings are based on a composite score derived from graduation rates and median alumni earnings of these institutions.

Out of the 75 schools named best-value small colleges, Truman surpassed more than two-thirds of the field to rank No. 21 overall. When considering only public colleges and universities, Truman’s ranking moves up to No. 11 on the list. Furthermore, limiting the list to public and private schools located strictly in the Midwest would place Truman even higher, with a No. 5 ranking across the region.
