Mac Users: Tiger Invasion

If you're looking for an upgrade to your Mac, the brand-new Tiger operating system is available for qualifying systems. Tiger's most exciting features include:

Spotlight

Way beyond your basic search engine. With Spotlight, you can search everything on your system: files, emails, contacts, images, movies, calendars and applications. Search results go beyond mere filename and location: they include all the metadata inside files — the “what, when and who” of everything on your Mac — including the kind of content, the author, edit history, format, size and many more details.

Dashboard
With the click of a key, instantly call up mini-applications called widgets to your desktop. It's the easiest way to view stocks, check weather forecasts, track flights, convert currency and units of measure, and even look up businesses in the phone book. Or maybe you need a virtual Magic 8-ball to help with those important decisions...

Enhanced Address Book features
Smart groups are encorporated into Spotlight searches. For example, you can search for all the contacts that meet a certain set of criteria -- it'll look them up and group them together for you. And with two clicks you can print out a booklet of all your contacts for when you're away from your computer.

Enhanced Safari features
Now you can archive short-lived pages to read later - even if they've disappeared from the web. And finally import bookmarks without a hassle.
