Two Truman men’s soccer players were recognized for their standout seasons by the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Sophomore midfielder Jacob Panagos earned All-GLVC Second Team honors, while senior defender Zoran Sabbert was named Truman’s James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award recipient.

Panagos led the Bulldogs in nearly every offensive category during the 2025 campaign, finishing with seven goals and two assists for a team-best 16 points across 15 appearances.

Defensively Sabbert was recognized as Truman’s representative on the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Team, honoring student-athletes who display outstanding character, integrity and leadership on and off the field. A two-year contributor on the Bulldogs’ back line, Sabbert started all 16 matches this season and logged more than 1,400 minutes while anchoring the Truman defense.
