Mainstreet Food Court Adds New Option

In the fall semester, the Truman campus will have a new dining choice in the Student Union Building. Sizzlin’ Salads & Spuds will be located in the space formerly occupied by Slice of Life. This new option will allow diners to build their own salad or loaded baked potato. Salads will have a variety of topping options and the opportunity of upgrading to add steak, shrimp, chicken or vegan chicken cooked on the grill when ordered. With potatoes, diners can choose toppings for a baked or sweet potato, or order either plain. In addition, there will be various monthly salad and potato specials.
