Truman Basketball and Football Coaches to Host Summer Camps
Truman’s basketball and football coaches will be hosting summer camps for area children.
Jack Schrader, Truman’s men’s basketball coach, will host a basketball camp for those children in grades 4-8 from 9-11 a.m. July 23-26 and July 30-Aug. 2 in the Pershing Building. The cost is $25 a week.
Schrader will also host a camp for students in grades 9-12 from 7-9 p.m. July 22-26.

The football program will be offering a Youth Football Camp for boys and girls in grades 2-5 and grades 6-8 from 9-11:30 a.m. July 19-20 at Stokes Stadium.
This camp is designed for children who are starting out as a football player or have played on an organized team. The camp is targeted to youth who are playing in middle school or in the football programs offered by community recreation departments. This commuter camp teaches fundamentals of the game in the most basic form. The Truman coaches all have the expertise to work with this special age player.
The cost of the camp is $25 per person.
