Volunteers Needed for Disaster Simulation
A.T. Still University’s Disaster Awareness Response Training program is looking for volunteers from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. April 4 to help simulate mass-casualty scenarios.
Volunteers can choose between two shifts, 7 a.m.-12 p.m. or 12-4 p.m., where they will act as patients and bystanders in a simulated disaster scenario.
The Disaster Awareness Response Training program (DART) is a student-led organization committed to instructing health care workers to effectively respond to disasters in the community.
Lunch will be provided. “Walking Dead”-style makeup is encouraged, but not required.
