Daschke Presents at Missouri Health Symposium

Dereck Daschke, professor of philosophy and religion, delivered a talk on "Psychedelic Assisted Therapies in the U.S.: From Public ‘Threat’ to Promising Treatments" at the 2025 Missouri Health Symposium, Dec. 5, in the Student Union Building. Sponsored by the University of Missouri Extension, A.T. Still University and Truman State University, the theme of the symposium was “The Science and Practice of Holistic Health.” It brought together professionals and community members for a daylong conversation on integrative approaches to health and well-being.
