Women’s and Gender Studies is currently seeking presentation proposals for the spring Zoom Forum “Gender: Past, Present, and Future,” which will address the impact of gender on the social, intellectual, sensual and creative aspects of life and consider the possibility of grassroots activism when the personal becomes political.

This series seeks to explore how students, faculty and outside activists/scholars with diverse perspectives and experiences can come together and address a broad, systemic issue, such as gender, as well as how it intersects with other identities. Each session will not only attempt to make subject matter visible but also to build the interdisciplinary studies and women’s and gender studies communities.
