Candidate Forum: State Senate
The Kirksville Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a candidate forum for the 18th District State Senate race from 6-8 p.m. July 31 at the Mehegan Classroom on the campus of A.T. Still University.
Four Republicans seeking the nomination in the Aug. 7 primary – Cindy O’Laughlin, Craig Redmon, Lindell Shumake and Nate Walker – have been invited to attend the Q&A session. The unopposed Democrat candidate, Crystal Stephens, has also been invited to give a brief introduction.
