Faculty to Host “Odyssey” Presentation at Local Library
Amy Norgard, associate professor of classics, and Joshua Nudell, assistant professor of history, will lead a presentation at the Adair County Public Library about Homer’s “Odyssey.”
The presentation is inspired by the summer blockbuster epic film "The Odyssey" by Christopher Nolan. The event will take place at 6 p.m. Oct. 15 and is aimed at an adult audience who would like to learn more about "The Odyssey," the inspiration for Nolan’s film and adaptations of the story in modern media. A limited number of door prizes will be available for the first attendees.
