Family Day provides families the opportunity to visit the Truman campus and check up on what has been happening with their Truman student during the first few weeks.
Truman Today is sent via e-mail every Monday afternoon during the academic year by the Public Relations Office to all students, faculty, staff and requesting parents.
Students signed up for the Truman Flexible Payment Plan pay 25 percent of fees billed by August 28, with flexible payments throughout the semester, and final payment for Fall 2009 due by November 20.

The Kirksville Bike Co-Op is a service and educational organization committed to community involvement through cultivating the development, use and promotion of sustainable transportation.
Truman recycles many items including mixed office paper, plastic bottles and jugs, magazines, newspapers, cardboard, aluminum cans, hardback books, shredded paper, glass and printer cartridges.
Kirk-Tran is the only fully accessible public transit service in Kirksville. Kirk-Tran is administered by the City of Kirksville in cooperation with a volunteer advisory committee made up of local citizens.
The SERVE Center, located on the lower level of the Student Union, assists and promotes student involvement in community service.
Tremendous opportunities are available to students through internships. Truman sponsors the Missouri Government Internship Program and the Harry S. Truman Presidential Museum and Library Internships. Truman is also an affiliate of The Washington Center Internship Program.
The St. Louis Chapter of the Truman National Alumni Association is sponsoring a golf tournament to benefit the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund. Alumni and friends of the University are invited to participate Aug. 29 at the St. Peters Golf Course.
