Sustainable Meat Purchasing - CAFOs

Through this survey, we hope to gauge the willingness of students, staff and faculty to pay a price reflecting the need to pay farmers a realistic price for providing animal products raised in humane and sustainable ways. We will present our findings to local meat suppliers in the hopes that they may recognize and supply this growing market.
