Take & Makes
1:30 p.m.
Oct. 6
Quad
Swing by the quad to grab the first of three DIY projects to-go. This month’s Take & Make is a garden globe air plant. SAB provides the supplies for a cute and trendy air plant that you can later make with friends from the comfort and safety of your home. Take & Makes will be distributed beginning at 1:30 p.m. on the quad. If it’s raining, supplies will be distributed out of the Student Union Building Down Under. Supplies are limited.

Rainbow T-Shirts
3 p.m.
Oct. 7
Quad
Come decorate a T-shirt on the quad on Wednesday to wear for the very first Rainbow Friday, Oct. 9. The event begins at 3 p.m. and will last as long as supplies do. We hope to see you there and are even more excited to see you rep PRIDE on Friday, Oct. 9.

Oktoberfest
4-6 p.m.
Oct. 9
Campus Wide
Come receive a free mug of Fitz’s root beer and enjoy live music from 4-6 p.m. Oct. 9. Due to social distancing precautions, there will be root beer stations spread across campus at Ryle Hall, BNB Hall, Centennial Hall and near the fountain. There will also be free music on the quad during this time if the weather permits. In the case of inclement weather or other logistical concerns, the event may be rescheduled to later in October.

Harvest Festival
11 a.m.
Oct. 12
Quad
Join SAB on the quad for an afternoon of fun fall activities at Harvest Festival. Come out and carve and paint pumpkins or take one to go. Hot beverages will be provided throughout. The event starts at 11 a.m. and will last as long as supplies do. Please wear a mask and stay socially distanced.

Presidential Debate Viewing
7:30-9:30 p.m.
Oct. 22
Baldwin Auditorium
Come watch the last presidential debate before the election on Nov. 3. It is in Baldwin Auditorium, doors open at 7:30 p.m. and there will be some opening remarks by Truman’s own President Thomas. Social distancing will be enforced and masks are required.

Halloweentown

Baldwin Auditorium
Spend your Halloween safe and socially distanced with SAB to watch a showing of Halloweentown in Baldwin Auditorium. The movie begins at 7 p.m. and there is a costume contest taking place prior to the movie. Please show up at least 15 minutes early if you’d like to participate in the contest. There will be prizes awarded to the winners.
